Robinson Commercial Real Estate principal Walter K. Robinson has earned the SIOR designation, awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®.
The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® is a leading international professional organization of more than 3,000 members in more than 630 cities in 34 countries around the world.
In order to achieve the SIOR designation, Robinson was required to have a minimum of at least five years of office real estate brokerage experience, complete a variety of educational requirements, and demonstrate professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are generally top producers in their respective commercial real estate fields.
Walter Robinson began his commercial real estate career more than 22 years ago, marketing and leasing Class A office buildings for institutional owners such as MetLife, Morgan Stanley, Principal Financial Group, JP Morgan and TA Associates Realty and has advised investors on strategies and executed successful marketing lease-up plans of ground up developments totaling more than 800,000 square feet.
