Robinson Commercial Real Estate principal, Walter K. Robinson, facilitated a long-term lease renewal and extension for 132,457 square feet with World Fuel Services Corporation at Doral Costa Office Park on behalf of Doral Costa Capital LLC, an affiliate of Aventura-based Triarch Investment Group Inc.
World Fuel Services Corporation is the largest publicly-traded company based in Florida and has committed to maintain its Global Headquarters in Doral.

Including the World Fuel Services Corp. transaction, Robinson closed out 2017 on a very strong note by completing more than 150,000 square feet of office leases at Doral Costa Office Park.
Allstate Insurance Company executed a lease renewal for 11,044 square feet at the 9850 Northwest 41st Street building. CBRE’s Tim Reynolds, Shay Pope, and Grant Killingsworth represented Allstate Insurance Company in the transaction. Allstate was one of the initial tenants in Doral Costa’s first phase, beginning with 4,000 square feet and has renewed and expanded over the years.
HSBC Bank renewed 6,078 square feet of ground floor office space with a drive through on the hard corner of NW 97th Ave and Doral Blvd. Justin Greider with JLL represented the bank in the lease deal.
International Data Corporation also renewed its lease for 4,200 square feet.
